1. Please be informed of the above-captioned activity on the following dates to wit:

8:00 am-5:00 pm
March 11, 2023
Grade 3 and 4
8:00 am- 5:00 pm
March 12, 2023
Grade 5 and 6

2. Attached is the list of participants to the said activity.

3. All participants should turn on their webcams all throughout the validation
period in order to provide a concise presentation and offer comments and ideas.

4. On March 11, 2023, at 7:00 am, a link will be sent.

5. Participants in this activity are entitled to service credit in accordance with

DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 entitled: Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation
Service Credit to teachers. On the other hand, non-teaching shall be provided with
Compensatoiy Time-Ofif (CTO) per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of
Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Nonmonetary
Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.

6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
