I am the duly elected and qualified Corporate Secretary of Man Do Agriculture
Cooperative, a cooperative duly organized and existing under Philippine laws, with principal
office at Magay, Compostela, Cebu, 6003.
At the special meeting of the board of directors of the cooperative held on January 7,
2023. The board of directors approved the ff:
1. The cooperative shall open bank accounts at Land Bank of the Philippines, two (2)
savings account and one (1) Checking Account.
2. The cooperative nominates Mr. Joel R. Tagalog, Mrs. Zenaida Avila and Jan Ni ño T.
Tagalog as the authorized signatories.
3. The cooperative authorized Jan Niño T. Tagalog to process and submit all necessary
documents needed for the bank account opening.
The foregoing has not been revoked, suspended or amended.
