WOULD BE GIVEN PRIORITY IN AVAILING THE UNITS OF THE NEW
BUILDINGS UPON ITS COMPLETION. THIS WAS PROVIDED IN THE SPOT
REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT-
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
