TOMATO BRUSCHETTA RECIPE

MAKES 32 SERVINGS
PREPARATION TIME: 12 MINUTES

1 (#10) can RED GOLD PETITE DICED TOMATOES


8 Cloves Garlic minced (about 8 teaspoons)
4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
24 fresh Basil leaves thinly sliced or chopped
4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground Pepper

In a Large Bowl combine Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with


Garlic, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Basil, Salt and Pepper. Chill.
Toast French Baguette Rounds . Top toasted rounds with Bruschetta
Mix and top with Balsamic Vinegar Glaze.
