I. INTRODUCTION

The Selfjector SJ-G (Genius)Series oil purifier is the latest version of MKK's best-

selling centrifugal disc-type separators which are backed by seventy years of

history and boasts sales of over 90,000 units to date. One of MKK's proudest

products, the SJ-G series is tough and simple in construction and offers improved

fine particulate removal as well as easier daily maintenance. The SJ-G series has a

wide range of applications: from the purification of fuel, lubricating and hydraulic

oils to the purification of chemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical products

(sanitary versions).

The Mitsubishi Selfjector is connected by screws. When assembling make sure

that the tightening is complete. Running this with poor tightening is very

dangerous. Make sure to double-check the tightening particular of the Bowl nut,

Disk nut, Cap nut or Vertical Shaft, Set bolt of the Frame cover, and Lock nut

(hexagon)the of inlet pipe.

 The motor specifications of the Selfjector Genius Series concern of class B

insulated three-phase squirrel cage-type induction motor. If the motor output

requirements are less than 3.7 kW, the specifications will be those of a class E

insulated three-phase squirrel cage-type induction motor.

Be sure also that the tally marks of the bowl and other so-marked parts are

aligned.

Contact our company or service if a misaligned tally mark is excessively misaligned

when the Bowl nut is tightened.

II. SAFETY OPERATING PROCEDURES

 Starting Procedure

- Perfectly Assemble

- Immediately stop the vibration is excessive

- Verify the level of lube oil in the gear case to make sure it is in good

condition.

- If the brakes are applied and the purifier has stopped, let them off

- Check to see that the electrical connections are correctly linked, and
 seek assistance from an electrical officer if necessary

- Before you begin, all the breakers must be turned on

- Before starting the purifier, go through the pipeline and ensure that all

valves are open to avoid harm

 Stopping Procedure

- Close the oil inlet valve to turn off the purifier's oil supply

- After that, briefly open the sealing water to displace any remaining oil

inside the separator

- After that, desludging by opening the water valve. This will cause the

bowl to open, and all the sludge to be ejected and directed to the sludge

tank.

- Close the steam input valve to turn off the heater

- Next, turn off the supply pump and purifier

 Monitoring Procedure

- Monitor the feed pump

- Make sure open heater valves

- Increase the temperature of the oil

- Check for vibrations

- Monitor solenoid valve

- Check the level of operating water

- Check the tank valves

- Open inlet and outlet points

- Monitor the brake system

- Check oil levels

III. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES

- First, recognize the engine control room's alarm and proceed directly to

the purifier room

- In the control panel, look for the error

- Reset the error in the control panel and restart the purifier

- After that, go through the purifier one more time, checking for overflow,

back pressure, feed rate, and oil temperature

- If everything is in order, it will properly comply; if not, continue reading

and look for common problems that may occur during operation
