My Fitness Goal

I have my goal to make my self physically fit and make my body gain weight. How
should I start my self making this goal? I have many plans and also observing myself
on how to do it. But first I should focus on making a routine for my everyday workout
and exercise and also what should I eat before and after doing my workout. Making
myself healthier is one of my plan, having a straight body figureor in shape and have
a normal muscle is a bonus to a result of it. We have a lower and upper body figure,
and I think I should start my fitness goal first in lower body, it can increase
endurance, improve my metabolism, and contribute to the blood flow in my muscles.
What exercise and workout should I do? Squats is one of these, it improves
flexibility, gain muscle, and also our balance. Another is running or jogging every
morning, it helps us increase endurance, circulates blood flow, and maintain the
health of our heart beat, it also helps us gain muscles in our legs. We have other
many workouts can use in our lower body to be fit we can use it also and it is useful
when we add it. Example is reversed cycling, lunges, cycling and many more. In upper
body workout, we have push-ups, planking, and sit-ups. Sit-ups is both upper and
lower body workout, it helps our abdominal and legs gain muscle and strengthen it.
In push-ups, it has different ways to do it, and has different result in our body, in
making knee push ups, it improve upper body strength, such as triceps and biceps. In
diamond push-ups, it makes the shape of our body on form and also it helps our
calisthenics move more easy. In wide push-ups, it targets chest, shoulders and arms
and etc. In making workouts, we should have routine in making it, not only a day but
atleast 4 to 5 times a week. After doing a workout, rest is the best way to recover,
eating foods is also limited, not all food is available or we should eat. Diet is the best
way of eating after workout, what I mean is we should put a diet routine in the
workout routine. In eating foods, it just a food that makes our body gain weight and
improves our recovery fast and also that makes us more energetic. Overall, my goal
is to make myself gain and build muscle, improve strength, have a body shape or form,
and be more flexible. But this is not for only physical improvement but also mentally,
having a good body posture gives us and improves our self-esteem and confidence.
But we should not eat such as food like, junk foods and soft drinks while having this
workout, why? because it makes fats and having troubles in gaining muscles. I would
say that if I do this in a routine, I could get the result that I dream of.
