The Company
Memit valves S.r.l. is a fully private Italian Company manufacturing, since 2016, forged
steel ball valves for petrochemical and gas industries. Key people in the Company have a
direct experience in the specific line of products which goes from 15 to 20 years and this
has permitted to Memit valves to reach the goal of producing high quality valves and to
obtain all most important accreditations like SIL, PED, ATEX, TUEV, API 607-ISO 10497
etc. in a reasonable short space of time.
Today our products are known and appreciated by the Engineering Companies and by the
most important End Users because the most important commitment of our Staff, composed
by skilled people in the various departments of the Company, is and it will always be the
one of producing high quality valves and to give the best possible service to all our
Customers.
Memit valves S.r.l supplies its products for upstream and downstream natural gas pipeline
industry, oil refinery, petrochemical plant, water treatment, LNG, nuclear plant and
synthesized fuel production industry.
All our valves are produced by employing the best raw materials, carefully selected,
correctly identified and analyzed. The machining is carried out with the aid of the latest
type equipment according to the most up-to-date methods. All Memit Valves products are
constantly and fully tested and inspected to ensure that governing standards and
tolerances are strictly complied with.
All our valves are designed to the basic principle of hydrodynamics so that pressure drop
and turbulence are reduced, thus allowing a smooth flow of fluids with the minimum of
restriction.
Memit valves utilizes the latest edition of SOLIDWORKS CAD system and FINITE
ELEMENTS ANALYSIS engineering software for valve design purposes. The system
allows the Company to export drawings and data-sheets to standard MS.Windows PC for
an easy and accurate use by the various departments.
