SLEEP DEPRIVATION

NAME: Alexia Agüero

Sleep deprived is when a person isn’t getting enough sleep. The reason is because nowadays
the society spend many times in shops and services and dedicate the rest of the time to
concentrate in work. The other point to analice is the technology, that allow us to keep
connected in our screens and for a consequence have to dedicate more hours to work,
sleeping less at night.

In particular, night routine would come to be all the things that we do before going to bed. It’s
important because it help us to sleep better and start to be a productive person. The best way
to stick the routine is to trying to maintain your habits. So, I’m agree that some important
routines are:

-organice tasks by schedule

-leave the least important for last

-avoid alcohol

-keep electronic devices away

-have a clean and tidy space to work

and the best for me is:

-take time for yourself having a balance between your obligations obviously.

I definitely consider that I’m a such as a sleep deprived person because the only thing that I do
is to go to the gym that I use to relax and do my best to improve and stay in form. Although, it
helped me a lot physically, it also changed my mood and my Energy! Despite being satisfied, I
have to implement others tips to complete all my routine. Some of them can be: put the
mobile phone in my desk far from me, separate my homework according to the correspondent
time, and give to my body the necessary space and comfort to rest.

To conclude, I want to say that not all related to sleep deprived is negative. It’s incredible how
increased the creativity, the awareness and as a result the big responsibility of each of the
people.
