Project delivery method is a completed building results from sequence of complex
decisions. This is a framework created by the business owner, the business owner will assign workers
and administrative participants to ensure the business will be set on a best possible flow. The process
involves synthesizing different procedures. Project delivery methos is important for the business for the
business to have the best possible result and success.

Out of the three (3) methods, what I prefer to my business it the traditional method or
Design-Bid-Build method. This method involves a linear design sequence wherein the contractor will
submit a fixed price bid, the contractor with the lowest bid with a complete requirement is usually to be
selected to build the project. this method is the most suitable method to be used on my company or
architectural firm. Our company will have an included interior design that is designed by a licensed and
professional interior designer. With the offer of our company, and has a more affordable price other
than our business competitors, I can see that our company will have a successful outcome. This Design-
Bid-Build method will provide us with stable and continuous building projects.

Design-Bid-Build method will ensure us sustainable projects that our company will need
to run. The method ensures building projects by means of bidding, the contractor would ensure the bid
and requirements needed for bidding to ensure that our company would be selected by the project
owners. With this method there’s a chance that our company will also be advertised by means of
customers would see if our work portfolio is fit to their taste and preferences.
