Rizal. Bounded on the north by Lot 5; on the east by Lot 3; and on the south by Lot 1;
and on the west by road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being N.8 deg.

Tax, NIA fees, and agent’s fee shall be for the account of the Seller and the taxes in relation to
the sale shall be for the account of the Buyer.

That we guarantee that the property is free from any and all lien/s or encumbrance/s and
untenanted. That we hereby release the Buyer and its officers and affiliates from any obligation
and/or responsibilities in relation to the said property by virtue of its full payment.
