(a) The Pension and Insurance Authority is the regulator of the Industry.
However, the PIA is not regulating and supervising the public sector
pension schemes. Discuss the case for prudential supervision for the
public sector and make appropriate recommendations. [50 %]
(b) Discuss and apply the theory and importance of financial literacy on
retirement planning. [50%]
