PROJECT IS TO BE CONDUCTED: Ozone Networks Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.  PROJECT TITLE: Consumer behaviour on Wi-Fi services.  RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT: O-Zone Networks Pvt. Limited was founded with the aim of providing wireless internet and mobility solutions to the masses across India. O Zones business plan has been to build a wireless broadband entity that is a hybrid of owned, overlay and roaming netw orks across Tier 1 retail, commercial, leisure, hospitality, transportation and residential locations. The objective is to provide a fully integrated and seamless mobile broadband experience across all of these networks at affordable prices. With a long term goal of rolling out more than 10,000 locations within the next four years, O-Zone expects its customers and visitors roaming on its network to benefit from reliable access to more than 500 high -speed wireless internet points in its first year.

 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY :

To determine consumers attitude about the Wi -Fi services of Ozone. To determine the satisfaction level of consumer about the Wi -Fi service of Ozone. y To study the acceptability of consumer about Wi -Fi services. y To study the competitive advantages of Wi -Fi services of Ozone.

 METHODOLOGY
TYPE OF RESEARCH : DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH This will help in describing the situation as observed or surveyed. The aim is to bringing out the solution to the problem. SAMPLING PLAN : The information will be gathered from a sample drawn from the differe nt existing and the prospective customers in various areas of Chennai. In this survey stratified sampling( samples from retail shops , shopping malls , hospitals, restaurants , hotels , MNCs etc) will be a preferable option for data collection. Sample size: Sample size is the decision that should be taken regarding the number of elements of the targets to be chosen. The ex pected sample size is 100.

DATA COLLECTION:

Primary data: Observation method, Personal interview, Questionnaire Secondary data: Secondary data may either be published data or

unpublished data and can be gathered through Internet, books, magazines, manuals, journals etc.

 DATA ANALYSIS :

The study may be based on the primary data collection method collected by means of questionnaire dealing and involving the overall sample in Chennai.. It will involve the use of software such as SPSS (perceptual mapping), MS-excel and statistical tools like chi -Square, ANOVA, Correlation & Regression, Factor analysis etc. This will help to analyse and interpret the data which is collected fo r the project.
