I. What I Learned…
Reading the Rizal Law or Rizal Bill taught me the importance of national heroes and their role in
shaping a country's identity and values. I learned about the life and works of Dr. Jose Rizal, who
is considered the greatest hero of the Philippines and how his writings and actions inspired the
Philippine Revolution against Spanish colonial rule. The law mandates the study of Rizal's life
and works in all schools in the Philippines as a means of promoting national consciousness and
love of country among students.

II. What I Felt…


Reading about Rizal and the impact he had on Philippine history made me feel proud of my
heritage. I was moved by his courage, selflessness, and dedication to the betterment of his
people. I felt a sense of responsibility to continue the legacy of Rizal by being a responsible and
patriotic citizen, who is dedicated to serving the country and its people.

III. What I Developed…


Reading the Rizal Law or Rizal Bill helped me develop a deeper appreciation for history and the
role of national heroes in shaping a nation's identity. I also developed a greater sense of
nationalism and love of country, which will guide me in my future endeavors. By studying
Rizal's life and works, I have developed a deeper understanding of what it means to be a
responsible and patriotic citizen, who is dedicated to serving the country and its people.
