Bruder : what happened before?
P : I got a car accident
B : how did it happen?
P : because I felt so sleepy when I drive my car

D : what is the status of the patient , abdi

B : here is the report, doc. 18 years old boy has a car accident and I assume he has a fracture in his leg
D : name of the patient?
B : Naufal
D : Okay, take the patient to radiology room for xray his legs, and bring the result to me.
B : okay , sir.

B : excuse me doc , this is the x ray result of patient named naufal

D : okay thanks
D : according to this x-ray result, the patient has a compound fracture dislocation in his tibia sinistra.
And no neurovascular injury.
B : so what the next plan will we do, doc?
D : first, let tell the patient about his condition.

P : Doc, what happen to my leg? It hurt so much

D : It’s okay, boy. Don’t panic.
P : Are you sure, doc?
D : Yeah, I’m sure you are okay. Your left leg has a fracture dislocation
P : What?! You said I am okay?!

D : we will have surgery k wire fixation and external fixation to your left leg.
P : what’s that mean doc ?
D : in other word we will repair position by using stainless wire to your left leg, are you agree sir ?
P : yes I agree doc, please hurry up doc because my left leg really hurt so much.
