Quality Policy
KOC continually strives to improve its performance, to
increase hydrocarbon production and maintain
reserves, while optimizing cost, for the benefit of the
State of Kuwait. The achievement of these objectives
require paying proper attention to identify, maintain |
and improve Quality across all aspects of our inter- |
connected business.
KOC management have selected 1S09001 as the
| framework for our quality management system.
Policy Statements;
1. Quality is always agreed at KOC between customer
and service provider.
2. The service provider shall not expect the customer
‘to accept less than the agreed quality.
All efforts must be made by the service provider to
ensure that the quality is achieved.
The balanced scorecard documents commitment
to KOC quality objectives.
The feedback process shall expose quality gaps to
be closed with necessary determination. |
The service provider must realize the service using
a reviewed and approved procedure
7. AIL KOC staff are encouraged to continually improve
| the QMS to deliver the vision.
| 8. All KOC staff must respect and cooperate with
| Quality Auditors.
| 9, all our staff and contractor's Management must
| understand and abide by this quality policy.
