    SHIPMENT CONTRACT

    SUPPLEMENT TO CONTRACT FOR SALE OF GOODS

    Nothing in this Shipment Contract (hereinafter, “Agreement”) should be

    construed to effect or otherwise negate any terms or conditions of the previous

    contract for the sale of specially manufactured goods between the Parties hereinafter

    discussed.

    Pursuant to 13 Pa.C.S.A. § 2504, this Agreement (hereinafter, “Shipment

    Contract”) between Window Guardians (hereinafter, “Seller”) and (THEODORE

    PAYNE) (hereinafter, “Buyer”) is bound by the language and conditions set forth in

    the aforementioned statute and other applicable laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

    Seller bears no risk upon placing conforming goods purchased in the possession of

    the agreed upon carrier and with proper notification via electronic correspondence,

    i.e., Notification via Email or Phone Call.
