In case, we found materials to be doubtful or contraband, it’s our duty to inform the police or any legal authority regarding the shipment. It's mandatory for the customer to bring their original photo ID while booking and as per the regulations, front office executive will get a copy of it and retain as customer record. We accept each shipment on an STC (Said To Contain) basis and in case of such requirement, we reserve our rights to open and check the legality of content. Bills/Declaration is mandatory for each shipment. E-way bill is mandatory as per the GST rule. For shipment delivery at CP office/Company hub, it is mandatory to collect ID proof of the receiver.
