I am Chrislyn J. Bacera, studied from Lagao National High School with an academic
strand of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), I am writing this letter to
express my sincere desire to work in the Nursing department as a part of requirement of my
undergraduate degree, for which I am required on-the-job Training (OJT) for the minimum of
(80) hours or 10 days starting March 6, 2023.

Aim to gain more experience, and considering myself to take full of responsibility for this job.
