Stress usually happens when we are in a situation that

we don't feel we can manage or control. We feel pressured or

threatened, we tend to react in a stressed manner.
Last time we discussed the causes of stress. This includes
individual stressors, which are directly related to a individual’s
personality and job responsibilities. The second category of
stressors is group stressors, which can be divided into two
categories: a lack of group cohesion and a lack of social support.
The final stressor is organizational stressors. Organizational
stressors can interact with individual factors such as personality
and family problems to create mental and physical ill health in
employees. Employees' mental and physical health might be
negatively impacted by organizational stressors interacting with
personal characteristics including personality and family issues.
Being optimistic is the best approach to manage stress.
Possess a positive outlook on and faith in life.
