Pope Leo xiii, in his encyclical entitled: RERUM NOVAROM or the condition of workers is inspired to
write about the social problems at that time. In the current context, there are developments in the
industry, the relationship between the employee and the employer changed, destitution among the
masses, and many more issues arose.

Hand reached the attention of pope Leo xiii, he started to write about this issue because on the church is
our mother, is inclined to care for her sons and daughter. In addition, if the common worker at the
people or the body of christ is at stake, the church as a mother really ought to care for the will of the
person in encyclicals that are issued.

In my even personal person, I care that one of the core issues, why pope Leo xiii wrote about the
condition of workers, is because of the grave injustice between employees and employers. Ther why her
remains that among the important duties of employers is to give every what potly due.

Lastly, I think the writing of pope Leo xiii, as the event of christ and people of the church, is to join the
growing grapes between the rising deference between the social classes at that time when I think is shall
relevant to the context of our society
