Good afternoon, everyone today we are going to discuss, the characteristics of a good test or the criteria

of constructing a good test. There’s a lot of criteria in constructing a good test no matter what the test
types no matter what the type is maliban sa fairness, practicality, and efficiency the most important
criteria in measuring the characteristics of a good test are validity and reliability.

Validity- when we say validity it measures what it intense to measure.

 Validity is always reliable.

Reliability- Internal consistency

Content validity- objective curriculum lesson plan,

Criterion Validity- we follow the principle theory or the standardize under this

Concurrent validity- measures tests and criterion variables in the present, while predictive validity
measures those in the future.

Predictive- for future

Construction validity- when we say construct it means factor since this is factor meaning it entails
relationship, if the test is related to another test or if the test which is intended to be given for specific
ability test could still be correlated as measure of another ability test.
