SUBJECT: SYSTEMS CLOSING AND PERSISTENCY SCHEDULE FOR 2023

We are pleased to announce the systems closing and persistency schedule for the year 2023. Once again,
we would like to remind you of the following:

1. SLOCPI and SLAMCI have the SAME systems closing.

2. eApps have a higher chance of being settled same day or 1 day after submission if the following are
met :
a) complete requirements are uploaded
b) correctly filled-out application
c) with payments posted
d) within speedy underwriting limits
e) qualified for Straight Through Processing
3. For paper and BCOS applications, if conditions (a) to (e) are met, the application can be settled in 3
days.

Submitting applications that are in good order and with payment is highly encouraged. For apps to
be settled before systems closing and considered part of the month’s production, please submit
early and allow more time for your apps to be processed.

Only applications settled by closing dates will be included for payout purposes.

4. For contest months, a separate announcement will be made.

We hope that this schedule will help you plan and strategize for 2023.

SLOCPI, SLAMCI & SLFPI

Systems Closing refers to the production cut-off date for the payout period. Commissions on settled new business applications and
renewal premiums (paid and due) up to the systems closing date will be included in the processing for this period. Actual Payout is the
date when advisors can already withdraw their commissions using their ATM.
2023 PERSISTENCY SCHEDULE
 IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Filipinos will have special holidays for the observance of Eid'l Fitr (est Apr 22, Sat) and Eid'l Adha
(est June 28, Wed). Exact dates will be announced later, in accordance with the Islamic calendar.
