For Electrical Departments (KPTCL, ESCOM& PWD Electrical) the following methodology is adopted and BESCOM being the nodal organization a. To segregate the items into 3 category ie., Transmission, Distribution and Utilization b. Within the premises of the building the rates of PWD Electrical SR, beyond the premises ESCOM rates up to the power tapping and beyond are the rates of KPTCL shall be considered. c.
