As part of our 29 years of SFXcellence Anniversary celebrations with the theme “Journeying Together as Missionaries and Pilgrims of the Church", we would like to inform you that we have organized an Educational Field Trip: Fun-filled Learning and Adventure. The focus of the planned activities is responding to the call of POPE FRANCIS’ Encyclical Letter-- LAUDATO SI’: On Care for our Common Home and DEPED MEMO No 33: Responding to the Threats of Climate Change and Global Warming through Massive, Intensive, and Sustained Tree-planting, Tree-growing, and Tree-caring Program. Since trees serve as the lungs of our planet and tree-planting, tree-growing, and tree-caring are part of the civic duty of every citizen to help in the global challenge to combat climate change and global warming. Thus, each pupil will plant a tree to respond to the needs of times. ALSO, the planned activities per level are more on PARENT-CHILD TEAM BUILDING so we are encouraging you to be with your child during our trip. In this light, we require all Preschool to Grade 3 pupils to have chaperone while we ardently encourage the Grades 4-6 to also have with them their chaperones net only to help them with their needs but likewise to have a quality time for a parent-child / family bonding as well. Therefore, we do not limit one chaperone for your child. However, we advise that chaperones should not break away from the group to avoid delaying the scheduled activities per level. We have scheduled our field trip for the ECE to Grade 6 pupils on February 08, 2023 - Wednesday at Kidz Discovery Camp, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The fee for the field trip this year is Php 1,525 per learner. Parents and chaperones, who wish to join the field trip, will ONLY pay the amount of Php 1,475. Similarly, we expect all pupils joining the field trip to wear their school LD,, P-E. shirt and denim pants.
