Dear Graduand,

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE 37TH IIUM CONVOCATION CEREMONY

Congratulations on the completion of your studies. It gives us great pleasure to invite

you to attend the 37th IIUM Convocation Ceremony which will be held from 13th
August 2022 (Saturday) until 18th August 2022 (Thursday) at the IIUM Cultural
Centre, IIUM Gombak Campus.

All information on the Convocation Ceremony i.e. invitation, Standard Operating

Procedures (SOP), seating arrangement and robe collection can be accessed at
https://convo.iium.edu.my.

Accordingly, the collection of robe can be made based on the attached schedule for
robe collection. Any request to change the date of collection shall not be entertained.

We wish to remind you that you are required to fill in the:

i. Form A: Robe and Card Collection Form (must be presented when collecting
the robe)
ii. Form B: Deposit for Robe (ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO HAD TAKEN
ACADEMIC SCROLL AND TRANSCRIPT)
• The deposit must be in the form of Banker’s Cheque or Money Order
(Pos Malaysia) payable to Finance Director, International Islamic
University Malaysia with the amount of RM450.00 for an
Undergraduate robe, or RM500.00 for a Master robe, or RM750.00 for
a PhD robe.
iii. Form C: Authorization Form (if someone else is collecting the robe on your
behalf)
Please be informed that you must return your robe immediately after the session
ends at the designated area. Penalties will be imposed for the loss and late return
of robe. The deposit will be refunded when the robe is returned.
Kindly be informed that the Convocation Ceremony will be held based on the SOP
and guidelines by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
