1. Rationale
Our Solution library holds millions of step-by-step solutions that experts can leverage to
improve their productivity and quality. These solutions can help experts answer similar
questions quickly and with greater confidence.
2. Feature Description – Review Screen
With this feature, experts will be able to see up to 3 solutions that are close matches to the
question they are working on. Please note that this feature is only applicable to those
questions that have already been answered on our portal.
The matches are shown on the review page. User feedback will also be shown above it. This
feedback must be taken into consideration while using the recommended matches.
3. Feature Description – Answer Screen
After accepting the question, experts can open and view the matching solutions by clicking
on the view button.

Experts must review all solutions provided as recommended matches and choose the most
appropriate match for answering the given question.
4. Feature Description – Inset Recommended Solution
To use the recommended solution, click the USE THIS SOLUTION button.

Clicking on USE THIS SOLUTION will trigger a warning pop-up. Click the Insert button to
use the solution.
5. Feature Description – Edit and Submit
Clicking on the Insert button uploads the selected match to the text boxes.
The solution can now be edited. Content can be added or removed from the solution. All
math type equations are editable, and calculations can be modified if the question is not a
100% match.
Edits must be performed keeping user feedback in mind.

After editing and reviewing the solution, you can submit the solution like you normally do.
All solutions must be checked for correctness before submitting. Recommended solutions
may contain errors and therefore the new solution must be reviewed and edited. You are
responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content you submit.
