I have this surface cleaner paired with a 4 GPM 4000 psi machine and it
is amazing! It cleans rather quickly and you don't have to inch your way
across dirty concrete. You still want to walk slow behind it but you can still Performance 5/5
move at a pretty good clip. My only complaint was that one of the tips
clogged in the first 30 mins of use. Upon removing the tip to clear the
blockage I noticed the threads on the tip were loaded up. Almost like upon Value 5/5
assembly, they stripped out another surface cleaner and said, " Eh, I'll just
put this tip in a new one. Anyway the metal chips from the stripped
threads made its way into the tip orifice and clogged it. I took it apart,
cleared the chip, cleaned the threads and put it all back together and I Pros:

I bought this product to use with my DEWALT 4000psi pressure washer.
No matter how slow I go AND even after increasing pressure on my
pressure washer...It still left lines and dirt on the surfaces. Performance 3/5

provide us with your feedback and we can certainly understand your
aggravation. We apologize for any issue you may be having and would
like to help rectify the situation. If you could please contact BE directly
at 561-688-9246. They have an excellent technical team that can
resolve this issue properly for you and applies the warranty procedure if
needed. Below are a few simple troubleshooting tips we recommend
you try. The only reasons for streaking are not enough water flow,
clogged tips, or walking too quickly.

1. Clean the spray tips with a pin or blow out with an air compressor.
98% of the time the spray tips need to be cleaned.
2. Verify you have the required 3.5 GPM to push surface cleaner.

I bought the BE Whirl-A-Way for my DeWalt 4 GPM. I was previously
using a Simpson 20" and even though it is smaller, it is an upgrade in a
few things. I am able to move faster with it, moving side to side with a 16" Performance 5/5
more easily, and leave less streaks than my 20." It also fits into an SUV
more easily and like how when not in use, you can leave the handles up
vertically making it easier for storage. I would definitely buy another Whirl- Value 4/5
A-Way surface cleaner.

I purchased two of them for a big job we had. The first one lasted three
min before the hose came out of the fitting. The second one lasted 10 min
before it did the same. Then I spent all day trying to get someone from Performance 1/5
Pressure Washers Direct on the phone. Im very unhappy with this whole
experience.
