Full 30 Day Weak Hand Speed Plan


10 minutes a day. 4 days a week.

All exercises start at 60bpm and then work your way up.

Week 1
Day 1: Weak Hand Push Pull Technique - 10 Minutes
Day 2: Single Double Exercise (Weak Hand Lead) - 10 Minutes

Day 3: Weak Hand Lead Singles - 5 Minutes


Weak Hand Lead Six Stroke Roll - 5 Minutes

Day 4: Tabata: 20 seconds as fast as you can 10 second rest. Repeat for 4 minutes.
Round 1 - Weak Hand Blasts (straight 16th notes on 1 hand)
Round 2 - Clapping (with forearms together)

Week 2
Day 1: Weak Hand Push Pull Technique - 5 Minutes
-Finger Dribbling - 5 Minutes
Day 2: Single Double 32nd Note Variation - 10 Minutes

Day 3: Weak Hand Lead Singles - 5 Minutes


Weak Hand Lead Six Stroke Roll - 5 Minutes

Day 4: Tabata: 20 seconds as fast as you can 10 second rest. Repeat for 4 minutes.
Round 1 - Weak Hand Blasts (straight 16th notes on 1 hand)
Round 2 - Clapping (with forearms together)

Week 3
Day 1: Weak Hand Push Pull Subdivision Pyramid - 10 Minutes

Day 2: Six Stroke Roll Subdivision Challenge - 10 Minutes

Day 3: Weak Hand Doubles - 5 Minutes


Paradiddle Diddles - 5 Minutes

Day 4: Tabata: 20 seconds as fast as you can 10 second rest. Repeat for 4 minutes.
Round 1 - Weak Hand Lead Doubles
Round 2 - Single Pyramid

Week 4
Day 1:
-Push Pull Technique - 5 Minutes
-Finger Dribbling - 5 Minutes
-Weak Hand Push Pull Subdivision Pyramid - 10 Minutes

Day 2:
-Single Double 32nd Note Variation - 7.5 Minutes
-Six Stroke Roll Subdivision Challenge - 7.5 Minutes

Day 3:
-Weak Hand Lead Six Stroke Roll - 7.5 Minutes
