Project Description The contract comprises the design, build and operation of the Nhiew Loc — Thi Nghe Wastewater treatment plant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a first step, this plant shall treat a maximum hourly peak flow of 34,000 m3/h, ‘The WWTP is composed of an administration building with a control center including SCADA, @ monitoring and control system, a connection to an existing interceptor (shaft S-20), a lifting pump station, pretreatment, biological, tertiary, sludge and odour treatment facilities. The plant shall be protected from flood, ‘The works includes all Civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control plant and equipment required to intercept, reat and control wastewater and sludge. The plant shall also accommodate 15,000 m2 of photovoltaic panels, ‘The plant and installation services will be executed in the South-East part of Ho Chi Minh City, in Thanh My Loi ward, District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. As part of flood protection work, it will include the relocation of Phu My river and construction of backfilled platform for the plant and dykes along the perimeter of the Site. ‘The Contractor shall execute the Technical and Construction design and the engineering work in compliance with the provisions of the Contract, or where not so specified, in accordance with good engineering practice. The same level of detail provided at Detail Design at LOD300 will be verified, if possible, as constructed for LODSO0, 83 Grids and Levels, ‘The reference elements usually coincide with the general levels and grids of the project that have been configured at the beginning of the project. The elements that are particular to each model should be reviewed and adjusted. Each model wil have ts own gid and model organi whose vst will be managed ffom a specie vow template, ‘The main levels in each discipline will be documented. In structures the strictly necessary ones will be indicated, eg, Slab level, floor level .. ete. and in Architecture those referring to architectural elements. Eg: Finished floor, false ceiling level etc... As for the nomenclature of the levels to have a correlation, they will be organized from the bottom to up. Eg: 00_STR Level 0. They will be used iff necessary reference plans of volume and position control with identifying names of each part of the project, for example: “CONTROL BUILDING NORT SIDE". As for the location, the location and orientation will be the first tasks to be carried out and coordinate at the beginning of the model. 24 asst | emcee PARTICULAR MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE | Ret AVI-A000.QA.0MP-0027 Geom Rev. a DANA, BUTE AND: BIM EXECUTION PLAN Date 2020-02-27, OPERATION OF THE NLTN WWTP, HCMC 8.4 Model Structure Configuration In order to better structure the federated model and help reduce the file size, the project will be divided into several disciplines: Civil Works, Architecture, MEP, Facilities and Auxiliary. The collision report, if relevant, will be delivered in excel and pdf format Collision status will normally have the following categories: = New - open collision, new collision in the review cycle. = _ Revised - open collision, non-critical collision that is currently under review and will be resolved as models are developed = Active - open collision, the content of the model requires modifications to comply. = Resolved - closed collision, model elements have been modified to eliminate shock. = Approved - collision closed, the crash is approved as itis in the model. 26 Be ommen PARTICULAR MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE [fet AVAANo attach slab to levels.
