First term / ‫البند الاول‬
. ‫اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ان ﺗﺮﺑﻄﮭﻤﺎ رﺑﺎط اﻟﺰوﺟﯿﮫ اﻟﺸﺮﻋﯿﮫ ﺑﻌﺪ ان اﻗﺮا ﺑﻌﺪم وﺟﻮد ﻣﺎﻧﻊ ﯾﺤﻮل دون زواﺟﮭﻤﺎ‬
Both first and second parties admitted admittedly that they have no legitimate obstructions
against this marriage.
Second term / ‫البند الثاني‬
‫ وﻗﺪ ﻗﺒﻠﺖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﯿﮫ‬. ‫اﻗﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻻول ﺑﻘﺒﻮل زواﺟﮫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﯿﮫ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻛﺘﺎب ﷲ وﺳﻨﮫ رﺳﻮﻟﮫ – ﺻﻠﻲ ﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻲ زواﺟﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻻول ﻋﻠﻲ ان ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﺸﺮﯾﻌﮫ اﻻﺳﻼﻣﯿﮫ اﺳﺎس ﻟﺰواﺟﮭﻤﺎ‬
First party admitted admittedly that he accepted to marry the second party a legitimate
marriage approved in the Koran and our profit Mohamed salaa Allah alyhee wa salem rules
 and working by the Islamic legitimate laws also the second party accepted to marry the first
party .

Third term / ‫البند الثالث‬

. ‫اﻗﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻻول ﺑﺰواﺟﮫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﯿﮫ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﺿﺮه ﺑﻤﺠﻠﺲ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﻘﻮﻟﮫ ھﻞ ﺗﻘﺒﻠﯿﻨﻲ زوﺟﺎ ﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻛﺘﺎب ﷲ وﺳﻨﮫ رﺳﻮﻟﮫ‬
‫ ﻗﺒﻠﺖ زواﺟﻚ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻛﺘﺎب ﷲ وﺳﻨﮫ رﺳﻮﻟﮫ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺻﻠﻲ ﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ وﺑﺤﻀﻮر اﻟﺸﺎھﺪﯾﻦ‬: ‫ﻓﺎﺟﺎﺑﺖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﯿﮫ ﺑﻤﺠﻠﺲ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬

The first party said early in the front of the two legitimate witnesses in this contract he said this
words tip .Do you accept to marry me on the legislation of Mohamed the profit and related to
the islam legislation .She answered I accepted you marriage on the legislation of Allah and his
profit .
Forth term / ‫البند الرابع‬
‫واﻟﻤﺆﺧﺮ ﻣﺎﺋﮫ ﺟﻨﯿﮫ‬. ‫ ﺟﻨﯿﮫ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻻﻏﯿﺮ ( ﺗﻢ ﺳﺪادھﻢ ﺑﻤﺠﻠﺲ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬101 ) ‫ﺗﻢ ھﺬا اﻟﺰواج ﻋﻠﻲ ﺻﺪاق وﻗﺪره ﻣﺎﺋﮫ وواﺣﺪ ﺟﻨﯿﮫ‬
.‫ﯾﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﺴﺪاد ﻋﻨﺪ اﻗﺮب اﻻﺟﻠﯿﻦ‬
This marriage is completed with the amount of money of 101 l.e paid 1 l.e first and 100 l.e
reminder to be paid in sooner death or divorce.
Fifth term / ‫البند الخامس‬
. ‫اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺑﺎن اﻻطﻔﺎل اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺮزﻗﻮﻧﮭﻤﺎ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﮫ ھﺬا اﻟﺰواج ھﻢ اطﻔﺎل ﺷﺮﻋﯿﯿﻦ وﯾﺘﺒﻌﻮن اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﮭﻢ‬
Both parties admitted admittedly that the children from this marriage have the same legislation
whites and laws as the both parties have.
