ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Design and Development of Fused Deposition Modelling Machine (3D Printer):
 I was a key member of a student team tasked with designing and building a 3D printer from the ground
up. My responsibilities included conducting thorough research on the necessary components,
programming the printer using specialized software, and conducting quality assurance tests to guarantee
the final product's functionality.
 Through this project, I developed advanced skills in 3D modeling, electronics, and programming, and
gained an in-depth understanding of the 3D printing process.
 Our team successfully produced a fully functional 3D printer that was capable of printing complex
objects with high accuracy.
 This project demonstrated my ability to work effectively in a team environment, problem-solve, and
apply technical knowledge in a practical setting."

TOOLS WORKED: - Excel, Arduino Uno, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, G-Codes, Python

Design and Development of Desktop CNC Milling Machine:

 "As one of the engineers on a team of five, successfully designed and built a Desktop CNC Milling
Machine that increased the precision and efficiency of the machining process for a small-scale
production facility.
 Utilized SolidWorks for creating the machine's design, including all components and assemblies.
 Programmed the machine's microcontroller-based control system using Python, allowing for easy
operation and customization of machining processes.
 Conducted extensive testing and debugging to guarantee that the machine met industry standards for
accuracy and repeatability, with measurements within 0.005 inches.
 The project resulted in a 30% increase in productivity and a 25% reduction in production costs for the
facility."

TOOLS WORKED: - Excel, Arduino Mega, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, G-Codes, Python

Global Impact of Dementia: Data Visualization Project :

 Data Collection and Cleaning: Collected and compiled relevant data on the incidence and impact of
dementia globally. Cleaned and processed the data to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
 Data Analysis: Analyzed the data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships between variables.
Used statistical techniques to gain deeper insights into the data.
 Visualization Design: Choose appropriate visualization techniques, such as bar charts, line graphs, heat
maps, and scatter plots, to represent the data in a meaningful and visually appealing way. Design and
develop the visualizations using data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI.
 Data Storytelling: Used the visualizations to tell a compelling story about the impact of dementia on a
global scale. Highlighted key insights and findings and provided context for the data to help readers
understand its meaning.
 Technical Skills: Developed technical skills in data analysis, visualization design, and data storytelling.
Acquired expertise in using data visualization tools and libraries, as well as programming languages
like R or Python.

TOOLS WORKED: - Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL

Modelling and Simulation of Circle K Gas Station (2 Server based queuing model)
 Collected a real-life data for 120 customers, were we calculated Arrival rate, Departure time, Queue
length, and Server Utilization Rate of customer with help of Microsoft Excel.
 Simulated, Verified data with help of C++ and Python.
 Solved given system by suggesting Better, Accurate and Efficient System, through statistical testing
and regression analysis.

TOOLS WORKED: - Excel, C++, Python, Power BI, SQL.
