1. Consultation with a Solar Specialist
After submitting your information, you'll chat with one of our Solar Specialists. We'll review your
energy usage and utility provider's rate structure and see if solar is right for you. We then create a
proposal showing both short-term and long terms savings, plus all the details about your home's
custom solar system.

YOUR PITCH
The first few seconds of your pitch are critical. The possible homeowner
isn’t expecting your call and will need valid reasons to stay on the
phone with you within the first few seconds of your call.
Here are some tips:
● Practice makes perfect. Please make some time to come up with your pitch, and rehearse it
until you nail it; this will help you feel confident.
● The first 10 seconds of your pitch are crucial. Ensure the customer stays on the call by
following call etiquette and being empathetic, thankful, and friendly. Remember always to
be positive and outgoing. Keep a smile on your face while pitching to potential customers.
● Get to the point right away. What are we offering? Why are you calling this particular
person? What is the goal of the call?
● Please keep it simple, once they agree to the consultation, proceed to confirm the details
needed to set up the appointment.
● Be consistent in every call by pouring your energy into all calls as if it was a million-dollar
deal. Keeping this type of motivation will significantly increase your chances of closing
more appointments.

the programs go away. We have an opening tomorrow. What time are you available?
2. Yes, we are setting up free consultations in your area to show homeowners how they can save
money on their electric bills by going solar. This consultation will go over all government
incentives/rebates, any special promotions from the local solar installer in your area, and how you
can now sell energy back to your current utility company.
