Original parts from KBA-MetalPrint are not only developed by our own design depart-
ment, but also manufactured to the highest quality standards. Only in that way are we
able to ensure the legendary reliability of our products.
In Stuttgart, we maintain a technical archive of all machines and installations supplied
by Mailänder, LTG and Bauer+Kunzi. Together with the close interaction between our
spare parts, design, procurement and production departments, this establishes all the
prerequisites for precise, focussed quotations and fast parts deliveries.
KBA-MetalPrint has gathered many years of experience in the relocation of entire production lines, not to mention the overhauling
and modernisation of individual presses and machines. In many cases, it is possible to raise the performance of an existing line,
especially where an investment in a new line is not planned before the medium to long term.
Our project managers ensure efficient realisation and a smooth transition.

With our own team of field service staff, we are in a perfect position to provide
maintenance for your machines and installations, for example within a frame contract.
Our specialists find the ideal solution for even the most complex cases, not least because
they work hand in hand with the design department.
Safety checks for our LTG ovens are inherent to safe and reliable line operation.
