HOW TO MAKE JALANGKOTE

Ingredients needed in making jalangkote are:


For dough:
 1 pack wheat flour
 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
 enough water
For stuffing:
 3 sweet potatoes
 2 carrots
 30 gr noodles
 5 chopped red onions
 3 finely chopped garlic
 Salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 sliced scallions

After preparing the ingredients, we can make jalangkote with the following steps:
 Firstly, for the dough, mix wheat flour and cooking oil, until smooth.
 Then gradually add the water to the flour mixture while stirring until the dough
comes together. not too hard and not too soft.
 Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
 Then the dough is thinned with a special mill until it forms a thin sheet.
 For the filling, soak the noodles for about 10 minutes.
 Then cut the sweet potatoes and carrots into small dice.
 Saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add the sweet potatoes, carrots, and
noodles.
 Next, add the pepper, salt, and sliced scallions. mix well.
 Place the sheet of skin on a special mold and fill the sheet of skin with 1 or 2
tablespoons of the filling. And mould.
 Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Then drain.
 Finally, serve with the sauce. Good luck!
