How To Make Jalangkote
After preparing the ingredients, we can make jalangkote with the following steps:
Firstly, for the dough, mix wheat flour and cooking oil, until smooth.
Then gradually add the water to the flour mixture while stirring until the dough
comes together. not too hard and not too soft.
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
Then the dough is thinned with a special mill until it forms a thin sheet.
For the filling, soak the noodles for about 10 minutes.
Then cut the sweet potatoes and carrots into small dice.
Saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add the sweet potatoes, carrots, and
noodles.
Next, add the pepper, salt, and sliced scallions. mix well.
Place the sheet of skin on a special mold and fill the sheet of skin with 1 or 2
tablespoons of the filling. And mould.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Then drain.
Finally, serve with the sauce. Good luck!
