Answer 1: -

A. The offeror cannot impose an obligation on another to reject


one's offer and that without specific acceptance a contract is
not formed. Since, Cyril only gave an invitation to offer thus he
is not bound to sell the ‘rare Peruvian 5 cent blue’ to Davina
since she is the offeror in this case.
B. In this case, since the acceptance of the offer is not
communicated to the offeror, thus there is no formation of a
contracts and thus no party is bound in this case for the
completion of the sale of ‘rare Peruvian 5 cent blue’.

Answer 2: -
A. Promises like parent promising their child to give them a
reward if a certain activity is done by them id not considered a
contract since there is absence of a very important element of
a contract, i.e. consideration.
