CCA cadre could not be held for 2022 till today. As per GA & PG

Joint Secretary Promotion Committee (D.P.C) to consider promotion of Government

month of December and the selept at shculd be prepared on or

(2) Requirement of Change of cadrerule due toreqular delay

Sri Sarada Ranjan Dash In the C.C.A cadre rule, there are stipulated residency period
in the posts of Auditor, A.A.O, A.O(Gr-B) and A.O.(Gr-A) for eligibility
Vice-President for their next promotion. These prescribed residency period is

counted as on 1" January of the year in which the Selection Board
meets. Any delay in holding DPC in time and posting in new post

Sri Jiban Kumar Rout shall delay their next promotion by a year. For example, the required

Group- A (U) is three years as on 1s January. In 2021 and 2022, due

either shortening the residency period or by abolishing the
