Instructions for issuance of internship letter

The internship can take place during the summer (Full Time). A total duration of six to eight weeks internship is required for students of bachelor
programs only. To get the internship letter, following procedure should be followed
Step 1: Get the Internship letter issuance form (from your respective advisor).
Step 2: Fill in the required information and attach latest transcript duly signed by the controller examination.
Step 3: Get the clearance from the finance department.
Step 4: After form completion and attaching required document get it signed by your respective department HOD.
Step 5: Submit the complete internship letter issuance form to the ILPC office.
Step 6: The ILPC will issue the Internship letter to the student.
