INSTRUCTIONS
All Medical Colleges can participate
The Quiz will be conducted at respective Medical Colleges, under the
aegis of IAPSM.
Quiz questions, answer keys and scoring sheets will be provided by
IAPSM.
All undergraduate medical students from 1st MBBS to Final MBBS,
(except Interns) can participate in the quiz.
Colleges have to identify a Nodal Officer for the quiz from the
Department of Community Medicine (the Nodal officer should be an
IAPSM life member)
Nodal Officers will conduct the quiz (both the preliminary and final
rounds) offline at the Medical College level on designated days.
All participants will get a Certificate of Participation and winners will
be awarded a Certificate of Merit.
Questions based on the World Health Day theme and all topics of
Community Medicine will be included.
A team of three students has to enrol for the competition.
The preliminary round will have 25 MCQs (duration 30 minutes).
The top 4 teams of the preliminary round will be qualified for the final
round of the quiz.
The final round of the Quiz will be conducted at all Medical Colleges
Nationwide on 10th April either in the Morning (10 AM) or Afternoon
(2 PM) session, using questions provided by IAPSM.
The final quiz will have rounds comprising single best-answer
questions, visual questions, one-word answer-type questions and
rapid-fire rounds.
Colleges need to register with their State Coordinator before 26th
March 2023.
