Fees - Tuition, Accommodation and Board

Total fees are EURO €4.750,00 per session and include tuition, shared accommodation (multiple-
occupancy) and half -board (breakfast six days per week and hot lunch four days per week).
 Payment of a non-refundable deposit of EURO € 1.000,00 is required immediately upon acceptance.
 A second installment of EURO € 2,900,00 is due as per terms stated in participant’s contractual and
binding Letter of Agreement.
 Remaining fees of EURO € 850,00 is due immediately upon arrival in Weimar.
 Flights and other transportation costs to and from Weimar are not included in the fees and are the
sole responsibility of each participant.

Scholarship Information
There are a limited number of partial scholarships available to those candidates displaying both
particular need and ability.  If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, please include a letter with
your application package explaining clearly:
 the amount of support for which you wish to be considered
 the amount and other sources of financial support you have already acquired.
I wish to be considered for a scholarship and have attached a letter in support of my request.
As our Scholarship resources are limited, we suggest the following alternatives, employed successfully
by previous students:
 Government sponsored travel / professional development grants to artists
 Grants from local community organizations, and foundations
 Online crowdfunding organizations (Kickstarter, Patreon, Indiegogo, gofundme, etc.)
 Fundraising concerts
 Enlisting the help of local potential sponsors (employers, family, friends, etc.)
