1. Bible, the English form of the Greek name Biblia , meaning "books,"

It is divided into the Old Testament, containing thirty-nine books, and the
New Testament, containing twenty-seven books.

2. The Bible was actually written in  three different ancient languages: Hebrew

Aramaic and Greek.

27 books including the gospels Mathew, Mark, Luke and john.

7. The period between the end of the Old Testament and the beginning of the
New Testament is known as the intertestamental period, which lasted a
total of four hundred years.

8. There were 40 individual authors of the bible. Many of them wrote more
than 1 book.

9. It took the 40 authors of the bible over 1,500 years to complete the entire
 66 books of the bible.

10. The Psalms are a collection of song lyrics or poems all made by king David
the Shepard and the ancestor of Jesus Christ.

11. Romans was written by Saul or later known as The Apostle Paul, it was
written in 58 AD or 58 years after Jesus Died. It was written to show that,
“man is justified by faith.”

12. The Bible’s content was written over the course of at least 500 years.
