James and Nadine were married in 2000 and had three daughters (Aida, Lorna, Fe) and one son (Alden). James' parents are still alive while Nadine's parents passed away in 2020. James and Nadine divorced due to problems and misunderstandings. This caused conflict between the daughters. Alden remained close with his sisters. James later died in a vehicular accident. Aida then married Joaquin and they had a son named Jonathan. The family took care of two pets after losses.

Directions: Make a family genogram using the situation below. Use another sheet of
paper if needed.
James had been married to Nadine since 2000. They were blessed with three children, three
girls namely Aida, Lorna, Fe and Alden’s the only boy. James’ both parents are still alive while
Nadine’s Parents were died last 2020. James and Nadine were living happily, however, as time went
by, problems and misunderstanding of the couple had caused them to divorce their marriage.
Eventually, due to the divorced of their parents, Aida, Lorna & Fe has conflictual relationship as
well. Alden chose not to be affected by the family problem He is still very close with his sisters.
After a year James had a vehicular accident that leads to death. This family chose to take good care
two pets after the sudden loss. Then few years Aida got married to Joaquin and they are so in love
with each other, year after they have a son named Jonathan.
