1. Ameeting of the Function Heads and the Circle Operations Managers was convened
by the CEO LESCO on 15 March, 2023 at 01:00 p.m inthe Beend Re
es P. 1e Board Room of LESCO.
2. The meeting was attended by the following officers:

3. Following is the summary of main points discussed during the meeting:
i. Current status of the PMDU complaints was discussed in detail. The Circles
having more pending complaints were directed to resolve them on priority,
Particularly those with age of 10 days or more.
All the senior officers/ Regional Heads were directed to arrange regular meetings
with their team to discuss the PMDU status so that genuine issues are highlighted
and the remedial measures are taken accordingly.
iii, Complaints regarding delay in new connection and replacement of defective
meters are on the rise. It was apprised that due to foreign exchange spending
restrictions, the supply chain is disturbed. It was indicated to be improved by the
end of month
jv, _ LESCO has started recruitment process for Grade-17 positions and advertisement
has been published in the newspapers. It will address a number of complaints
regarding the issue. The Focal Person also pointed out that LESCO has also
uploaded FAQs on PMDU portal which will be helful both for the electricity
consumers as well as general public.
v. It was directed by the CEO that delay in resolution of PMDU complaints will not
be tolerated. The Circle dash-board handlers should be fe contact the
