Changing currency designs is a normal practice among central banks.

The question only implies that

there are changes and development in our country in terms of our economy; There is development and
at the same time a guard against counterfeiters.

First, the changes in our country's peso bill only reflect that we are taking part in the development and
progress of our nation. That tells us we are moving forward as a nation. It is a good sign of development,
especially to the economy, that we are not a stagnant country. We are trying to compete internationally,
which allows us to tread with other countries.

Addition to that, it is also a guard against counterfeiters. By making it very difficult and costly for
counterfeiters to produce exact copies of our money, we protect the integrity of our currency against
criminals.

The changes of our peso bills are a sign that we are an independent nation, a nation looking forward to
its brighter future just like the colors of our bills, just by looking at it, it gives a brighter hope for change.
