The villa is distribuited on 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms,
outdoor area with swimmimg pool. The main living and dining area is
all in one unique enormous room, with large windows facing the
stunning view of the whole city of Ibiza and the coast from the beach
of Talamanca up to Salinas. A fully equipped kitchen for guests’use is
available with all necessary appliances and provisions for preparing
most kinds of meals.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper level feauturing an en-suite
bathroom, a private living area, and large windows overlooking one most beautiful views in
Ibiza.
The other 4 rooms are distribuited among the middle and down level, 2 of them with en-suite
bathrooms and the other two with one bathroom to share. One of the rooms streams a double twin
bed wich is possible to join if necessary.
Ample outdoor space feauturing a large pool for lively swims or utmost relaxation on the
sun-loungers by the pool.
The chillout terrace area, depending on the occasion and the guests desire, can be used for just
chill, otherwise for romantic dinners, family gatherings, parties with friends or celebrations, always
overlooking the city lights and mediterranean sea.
