IPC FOR THE “CONSTRUCTION OF TURBAT-BULEDA ROAD (NEW

ALIGNMENT) BALANCE WORK (KM 10+500 TO KM 18+600)
Reference is made vide above cited subject it is stated that the above
mentioned work was awarded to us vide work order No.115-16 dated 17-09-2018.
As your good self is well aware about extraordinary inflation and recession of
economy in the country coupled with the pandemic COVID-19 outbreak and the
inflated price hike since February 2020, has crippled the construction activities not
only in the other parts of country but also Baluchistan has been badly affected
In this regard according to price adjustment under clause 70 of conditions of
contract agreement we have prepared the 1st Escalation bill according to Pakistan
Engineering Council formula. The 1st Escalation bill for the “construction of
Turbat-Buleda Road (New Alignment) balance work (Km 10+500 to Km 18+600)
amounting PKR 56,674,009 (Fifty-Six million Six hundred Seventy-Four
thousand and Nine rupees only) is hereby submitted for payment please
