My teaching philosophy is based on the interactive method, sudden exams,
and daily assignments, and make the content I teach more relatable. In many
cases, when a student can’t identify with the material, it’s harder for them to
gather meaning. my goal is to help students in focus, independent study
especially when those things are different from their own life experiences. I
value creative thinking almost as much as content mastery. I want students
to value their own ability to think creatively, and I encourage them to use
novel ways to demonstrate their knowledge. I belief that Classroom behavior
management is important for creating and sustaining an orderly learning
environment in the classroom. It also improves academic learning , increases
students' academic engagement and lowers negative classroom behavior. I
believe that in order to foster learning in the best way possible, the teacher
needs to be enthusiastic about the material being studied, work in a sincere
way, alongside constructive criticism and must be open to diversity and a
wide range of opinions and ideas, and must set classroom standards so that
the students can respect and trust one another . My philosophy of education
also is based on what I know and have experienced at this point in my
career. I am sure that my teaching philosophy will change as I learn more
professional. That’s one of the gifts of being human; we can make mistakes,
or learn something new, and make a change for the better. My educational
philosophy also include is to guide students to be independent learners who
have a lifelong desire to learn and use a growth mindset.

‫ارتباطا‪ .‬في كثير من الحاالت ‪،‬‬ ‫اليومية ‪ ،‬وجعل المحتوى الذي أقوم بتدريسه أكثر‬
‫عندما ال يتمكن الطالب من التعرف على المواد ‪ ،‬يكون من الصعب عليهم جمع‬
‫المعنى‪ .‬هدفي هو مساعدة الطالب في التركيز والدراسة المستقلة خاصة عندما تختلف‬
‫هذه األشياء عن تجارب حياتهم الخاصة‪ .‬أنا أقدر التفكير اإلبداعي بقدر ما أقدر إتقان‬
‫المحتوى‪ .‬أريد أن يقدر الطالب قدرتهم على التفكير اإلبداعي ‪ ،‬وأشجعهم على استخدام‬
‫طرق جديدة إلثبات معرفتهم‪ .‬أعتقد أن إدارة السلوك في الفصل الدراسي مهمة لخلق‬
‫بيئة تعليمية منظمة في الفصل والحفاظ عليها‪ .‬كما أنه يحسن التعلم األكاديمي ‪ ،‬ويزيد‬
‫من المشاركة األكاديمية للطالب ويقلل من السلوك السلبي في الفصل‪ .‬أعتقد أنه من‬
‫أجل تعزيز التعلم بأفضل طريقة ممكنة ‪ ،‬يجب أن يكون المعلم متحم ًسا للمادة التي تتم‬
‫دراستها ‪ ،‬والعمل بطريقة صادقة ‪ ،‬جنبًا إلى جنب مع النقد البناء ‪ ،‬ويجب أن يكون‬
‫منفتحً ا على التنوع ومجموعة واسعة من اآلراء واألفكار ‪ ،‬ويجب أن تضع معايير‬
‫الفصل الدراسي حتى يتمكن الطالب من احترام بعضهم البعض والثقة فيه‪ .‬تستند‬
‫ضا إلى ما أعرفه وخبرته في هذه المرحلة من حياتي المهنية‪ .‬أنا‬ ‫فلسفتي في التعليم أي ً‬
‫متأكد من أن فلسفتي في التدريس ستتغير كلما تعلمت أكثر احترا ًفا‪ .‬هذه واحدة من‬
‫مواهب اإلنسان‪ .‬يمكننا ارتكاب األخطاء أو تعلم شيء جديد وإجراء تغيير نحو‬

‫‪specialists can assist schools with disease prevention and‬‬
‫‪control guidance. This document provides schools with‬‬
‫‪general information on what steps they can take to prevent‬‬
‫‪and control communicable disease.‬‬
