    There are a multitude of people in our society who believe that a bystander, who has the

    ability to take action, is worse than the perpetrator of a heinous crime is. A real appalling
    malefactor has the power to throw themselves away in order to achieve what they want.
    Undoubtedly, the Holocaust, along with the attack on September 11th, 2001, stand out
    as some of the most prominent atrocities in modern history. The perpetrator is worse
    than the bystander.
