For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the

Resolution dated 01 February 2023 of the Court (Special First
Division) in A.C. No. 9714, titled "[imy R. Morales vs. Atty.
Marife R. Macasocol-Alegre," to wit:

The Court further resolves to:

(1) LIFT the order of suspension of respondent and

ALLOW her to RESUME her practice of law,
effective immediately; and

(2) ALLOW the respondent to APPL Y for a notarial

commission.

The Report and Recommendation dated September 2,

2022 of the Office of the Bar Confidant is NOTED.
