the effects the community will have on the business environment of
the company. The community concerned, can make or break the
business. PepsiCo recognised this and aimed at winning over the
community.
 They designed the headquarters over 10 acers of 144 acre with
a garden open to public.
 They understood that different communities have different
preferences and thus introduced a diverse range of products.
 PepsiCo’s vision is to improve in all aspects the community
they work in and create a truly sustainable company.

2. PepsiCo considers diversity a way of business and is committed to


make inclusion a way of life. Understanding the diversity has been a
major advantage for the business.
 It caters to different customers through diverse group of
retailers.
 It has built a top quality and inclusive workforce that has
employees form the wide spectrum of backgrounds.
 PepsiCo protects minority interests by advertises that featured
minorities.

3. PepsiCo’s supply chain can be considered as one of the key aspect of


the company’s success. It continues to grow by responding to the
changes in its immediate environment while also working on its
supply chain. The suppliers are a major part of managing the supply
chain. Hence, catering to their needs will in turn have an impact on
the supply chain and then the business itself.
