About VARTAMAAN
Vartamaan Care Network Foundation is a mental health organization established as a section 8
company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Based in Tinsukia,
Assam, our goal is to promote the psychological well-being of individuals of all ages through
personalized, human-centered services. Established in 2020, we have already impacted over
10,000 beneficiaries in colleges and beyond in just two years. Our work is guided by a strong
set of values, making us a leading organization in our field.

About SAATH
"Saath: Together we are '' is a non-profit initiative aimed at safeguarding the mental health of
individuals. The initiative is a collaboration between organizations including Vartamaan Care
Network Foundation, Exponent Coaching Inc, Uurja-Manifest the light within, Mindful
Mesmerisms, Mind Unwind and Roohi Mental Health Organization.

Our belief is that together, we can have a greater impact and make a difference in the lives of
those in need. We recognize that there are many individuals out there who are willing and able
to help and support our cause.

These skills are important for success in this role as a Program Coordinator at Vartamaan Care

keep up with the demands of the role and the fast-paced environment. Basic computer
knowledge is also essential to be able to effectively document case histories and track the
wellbeing journeys of beneficiaries.

About the role

As a Consultant Intern for "Saath: Together we are", you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
mental health and wellbeing of individuals. Your responsibilities may include:

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively serve as a trusted point of


contact for individuals seeking mental health support.
● Empathy and compassion to create a safe and supportive environment for beneficiaries
to share their stories and experiences.
● Knowledge of mental health services and resources to inform and guide beneficiaries
towards the best options.
● Organizational skills to effectively arrange and track the well-being journey of
beneficiaries, documenting their case histories.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
● Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities to keep the team informed of the
beneficiaries' progress.
● A desire to make a positive impact and help individuals achieve positive outcomes in
their well-being journeys.
